Job Summary:

The Facilities Team Member seeks to maintain all facets of the facilities to optimize warehousing, production, safety, and aesthetics.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintain the company warehouses and offices through organizing, policing, cleaning, and cataloging items on a real time basis. Performs routine maintenance on building systems and grounds. Cleans and assists with upkeep of facilities. Assists in structural and/or warehouse improvements as necessary. Assist maintenance/logistics personnel with special projects. Support in the organization, labeling, storage, and disposal of environmental and/or hazardous materials in according with company policy. Aid in the identification, communication, implementation and adherence of Safety and Environmental concerns. Assist interdepartmentally as necessary at the discretion of management. Complete all other responsibilities and assignments as required to successfully achieve the goals and objectives of this position.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to understand and follow written and/or verbal instruction Must be able to work with minimal supervision Ability to work with hand and power tools. Ability to operate equipment required for moving product from one location to another and or accessing hard to reach locations Moderate computer skills/ability to utilize plant software for time and work order tracking

Education/Experience:

At least two years of related experience required. Forklift operator certification preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low. Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, crawl, etc.
