Job Overview:

Finelli Pizzeria in Ellsworth is hiring for the position of Pizza Maker! We are willing to teach our New York Style pizza making technique and menu. Come join and fun and busy work environment! Compensation includes base wage + tips for a strong hourly rate. ServSafe Certification not necessary but welcomed.

Job Types:

Part-time and Full-time Duties:

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and menu specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times.
• Work efficiently and effectively to complete customer orders.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the food industry, preferably in a kitchen or food service setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and focus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
