BOH Team Member Position Available In York, Maine

BOH Team Member Dante’s Detroit Style Pizza 2 US Route 1, York, ME 03909 We are looking for a Back of House Team Member to join our fast casual restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and will be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. The successful candidate will be responsible for prepping ingredients, assembling dishes, and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Practicing speedy service
• Reading a Prep Sheet
• Staying organized and stocked
• Meeting and maintaining all food and plate specifications
• Meeting established cook-time standards
• Coordinating food items from all other parts of the line
• Motivating the team
• Assembling food orders to completion

Job Type:

Part-time Pay:

$16.00 – $20.00 per hour
