Excellent Schedule! 10am – 4pm 4pm – 10pm Mostly M-F with some Weekend Availability preferred! We are an independent, Maine-owned company operating successful brewpubs in ME, NH and FL. We pride ourselves on fresh food, hand crafted beers, exceptional hospitality, and legendary atmosphere! Our menu focuses on seafood and creative pub fare with new specials each week. Additional general information about the Sea Dog can be found at www.shipyard.com Some of the responsibilities of our Kitchen Staff, Cooks, and Dishwashers include: Maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and organized workstation according to company standards, health department regulations and kitchen specifications. Perform shared kitchen team tasks including but not limited to: cleaning and organizing, opening and closing the kitchen, receiving orders, etc. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Stock and use all cleaning supplies as intended. Complete other duties as assigned in support of the business. Prepare recipes to order for timing, quality, and consistency. We are seeking hard-working, aspiring Line Cooks, Kitchen Staff and Dishwashers who meet the following qualifications: Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high volume environment. Can meet physical demands of position including pulling, pushing, carrying, lifting, standing for extended periods of time.
