In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches, ensuring food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and community involvement. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble high-quality sandwiches according to Jersey Mike’s standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their orders. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food preparation and handling. Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure freshness. Requirements Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
