They are friendly and upbeat individuals who greet our Club Members and ensure that the vessels are presentable. Our Dock Staff communicates with members while on the docks and boats, assisting members with the boats’ departure and return. This position(s) are available part-time, full-time, and require availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. We love staff who are outgoing, smile, and want to have responsibility around 18-27ft boats. (Must be at least 21 to drive our boats) Responsibilities & Skills Experience in or around boats and docks is preferred but not necessary. Possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving and be over the age of 18 Must possess strong communication and customer service skills Must be comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including weather, standing for extended periods, bending, kneeling, balancing, and carrying equipment up to 25 pounds Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette Clean and maintain vessels and the Club Location according to company standards Follow all company policies and procedures Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors Adhere to all safety policies

Reporting to the Dock Supervisor, your core responsibilities will include effective communication, data entry, and providing support to clients. Your strong customer service skills will help you address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, your proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center experience will enhance our operational efficiency. Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay:

$10.00 plus tips – review/raise after 30 days and .50 per hour bonus if you stay on until Labor Day.
