Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of proper safe handlingtechniques for all food or chemicals used
• Anticipates kitchenmember needs by constantly evaluating environment and responding tocues as necessary
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness andorderliness in all kitchens, loading dock, dumpster and utilitywork areas
• Assists with receiving delivery of product on behalf ofour restaurant team
• Complete daily and weekly checklists
• Maintaina proactive approach to the health, safety and security of allstaff at all times
• Be vigilant for any hazards, alerting a manageras necessary
• Greet guests and provide a memorable experience
• Whennecessary, resolve guest issues
• Share your positive high energyand enthusiasm with focus and commitment to exceed customersexpectations
