Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including slicers, grills, and ovens. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Perform regular cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
