Responsibilities Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all kitchen surfaces are kept clean and organized. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including busing tables and helping in the kitchen during peak hours. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met. Dispose of waste properly and keep trash areas clean. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and culinary operations is a plus.
