Event Set Up Crew Member Job Summary:

We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Event Setup Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and breaking down equipment, furniture, and materials needed for various events. This is a physical, fast-paced job ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work and flexible schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and break down tables, chairs, tents, stages, pipe and drape, and other event equipment Load and unload trucks with event materials and supplies Follow floor plans, diagrams, and instructions to ensure accurate and timely setup Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area during setup and teardown Handle equipment and materials with care to avoid damage Work as part of a team to meet event timelines and expectations Assist with minor troubleshooting or last-minute adjustments as directed by event managers or supervisors

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Ability to follow directions and work well under pressure Strong attention to detail and time management Prior experience in event setup, general labor, or moving is a plus but not required Reliable transportation to and from event sites Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
