Responsibilities Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to customer specifications, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to sanitation guidelines. Handle food safely, following proper food handling procedures to ensure freshness and safety. Assist with cash handling and sales transactions as needed, providing excellent customer service. Buss tables and assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the café environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Restock supplies as necessary and assist in inventory management. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members. Experience in cash handling or sales within a grocery store or café setting is beneficial.
