EQUIPMENT OPERATOR / CREW LEADER OPERADOR DE EQUIPO / JEFE DE TRIPULACI

ÓN Triangle Area Company Durham, NC 27704 Seeking capable equipment operator/crew leader to fill a position at small construction company in the greater triangle area. Job duties include operating mini to id size excavator and skid steer. Leading 3-4-person crew. Daily Meetings with project management. Filling out of daily time sheets and work logs. Reading basic grading plans/staking and utilizing laser level. Not solely an equipment operating role, as some hand labor will be needed. Driver’s license is not required, but will increase pay scale. Paid holidays. Paid vacation (increases over time).

Pay range:

$25 – $35 hr. dependent upon experience and background. Unlimited overtime. Se busca operador/jefe de equipo/a de equipo capacitado para ocupar un puesto en una pequeña empresa constructora en el área metropolitana de Triángulo Norte. Las responsabilidades del puesto incluyen operar miniexcavadoras y minicargadoras. Liderar un equipo de 3 a 4 personas. Participar en reuniones diarias con la gerencia del proyecto. Completar las hojas de tiempo y los registros de trabajo diarios. Leer planos básicos de nivelación y replanteo, y utilizar el nivel láser. No se trata solo de operar equipo, ya que se requerirá algo de trabajo manual. No se requiere licencia de conducir, pero aumentará la escala salarial. Días festivos pagados. Vacaciones pagadas (aumentan con el tiempo).

Rango salarial:

$25 – $35 por hora, según experiencia y trayectoria. Horas extra ilimitadas.
