What You’ll Do:

Prepare, cook, and assemble high-quality food with efficiency and precision. Stock and maintain inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. Learn and master Chick-fil-A’s quality and safety standards. Support your team in creating a positive and productive kitchen environment. Adapt and stay focused in a fast-moving, team-oriented workspace.

What You’ll Bring:

A strong work ethic and team-first attitude. Attention to detail—because the little things make a big difference. A passion for food preparation and kitchen operations. Be at least 18 years old and have the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliability and consistency—your team depends on you.
