Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, assisting with food safety practices, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Assist in the sales process by effectively communicating menu items and specials to customers. Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service during peak hours. Buss tables and help maintain a clean and organized dining environment. Sanitate surfaces and adhere to food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests. Operate the Aloha POS system accurately for processing orders and payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Perform basic math calculations for handling cash transactions and providing change. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices is desirable. Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while also being proactive in assisting guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills, including operating the Aloha POS system.
