We are looking for agents in search of an opportunity to make a difference to the people they serve. As an agent on our team, you can expect to receive: 4-6 Google PPC, Realtor.com or Zillow leads per week Transaction Management Listing Management Listings to host open houses to grow your business Bi-Weekly training from Director of Sales, Director of Ops or Team Leader Weekly 1 on 1 accountability & coaching from Director of Sales And more! Some expectations of our team members: Host 2 open houses minimum per month Attend weekly sales meetings Work from the office a minimum of 3x per week Communicate and follow up with all leads quickly and consistently We are a team of high achievers who are also fierce competitors.
