As a Sandwich Maker, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality sandwiches and exceptional customer service. Your ability to work efficiently in the kitchen while maintaining cleanliness and organization will contribute to our commitment to providing delicious food and a positive dining experience for our customers. Duties Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food preparation surfaces and equipment. Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is necessary. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Requirements Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy kitchen setting. Familiarity with cash registers; experience with Aloha POS is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for the food industry and commitment to quality service.
