The ideal candidate will have experience in a kitchen or quick service fast food restaurant, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle cash transactions efficiently. This role is essential in providing our customers with a memorable dining experience while ensuring smooth operations within the café. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Operate cash registers, handling cash and credit transactions accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers; familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
