Job Description:

As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing moving crews and ensuring that every job is completed efficiently, safely, and to the client’s satisfaction. You’ll be the point person for your crew, driving box trucks, coordinating moves, and handling client interactions with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a crew of movers, ensuring safe and efficient packing, loading, and unloading of items Drive box trucks to and from job sites safely Review and go over contracts with clients, ensuring clear communication of terms Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude during the move Conduct pre-move walkthroughs with the client to ensure all needs are addressed Monitor inventory and tools, and ensure all items are accounted for at the end of the job Resolve client issues on-site professionally and efficiently Ensure the safety and well-being of crew members during the job

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in the moving industry for a reputable moving company Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a crew Valid driver’s license and ability to drive box trucks Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for the customer
