Duties:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all dietary department guidelines and restrictions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in the food industry as a line cook or similar role
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and knife skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; must get along with co-workers
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Skills:

• Proficient in food handling and safety procedures
• Experience in menu planning and catering is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
