In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream treats and making sandwiches, wraps. You will create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, ensuring they have a delightful experience every time they visit. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you! Duties Serve ice cream and other frozen desserts to customers with a smile. Prepare sandwich, wrap and serve to customer with a smile. Preferred to have Pizza making experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scooping area, including equipment and utensils. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing credit card payments. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Follow food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers. Qualifications Previous experience in a café, restaurant, grocery store, or similar environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic cash register experience and familiarity with cash handling procedures. Good time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. A team player who is willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
