Sandwich Maker Responsibilities:

Prepare made-to-order sandwiches and fresh salads with care and consistency Slice fresh vegetables, prepare cold/hot toppings, portion meats and cheeses Follow recipes and presentation guidelines for Fratelli’s menu items Maintain clean and organized workstations and prep areas Restock sandwich and salad stations throughout shift Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house to ensure smooth service flow Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and allergen-handling protocols Assist with opening/closing duties as directed by leadership
