If hired, team member can decide to be scheduled at one or both locations. Our team members make $3 to $4 plus per hour in TIPS on top of the base pay!!! Summary As a Team Member at Smoothie King, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing delicious smoothies that promote a healthy lifestyle. This position is essential in helping our customers achieve their goals and enjoy their experience with us. Our team members make $3 to $4 plus per hour in TIPS on top of the base pay!!! Responsibilities Prepare and blend smoothies according to company recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register. Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations during food preparation. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Positive attitude with a strong desire to help customers achieve their goals. Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 pounds. Looking for open availability. 6:45a to 3p, 1p to 9p M-F and all weekend shifts. Not a seasonal job, year round availability needed.
