Front of House Team Member The Weirs Diner 1208 Weirs Blvd, Laconia, NH 03246 The Weirs Diner in Laconia, NH is hiring! We are a family owned fast paced diner next to Weirs Beach. Open seasonally for the summer and early fall from 7:00-1:00 (No nights!) We are looking for candidates who are reliable, upbeat, positive, and willing to be a part of a TEAM. Must have prior experience serving as this is a high volume location and servers are responsible for large table sections.

About The Position:

Must be available weekends and some weekdays Servers are expected to manage up to 8-10 tables plus 3 / 4 single counter seats once fully trained Support fellow team members at every opportunity and believe in the power of teamwork Treat customers and team with kindness and respect Serve safe high-quality food in a fast-paced environment Must be able to reliably commute to-and-from work Maintain cleanliness of server stations, beverage stations, and dining areas Input orders accurately into Toast POS system Process payments accurately and handle cash, credit, and gift cards Must be at least 18 years of age Serving experience is required We are looking for individuals who take pride in providing customers with an extraordinary experience.
