Front of the House Associate (Counter/Sandwich Artist)-Weekdays The Bagel Mill Cafe & Bakery 145 Grove Street, Peterborough, NH 03458 We are seeking weekday staff. Shifts are generally 7-8 hours with occasional Saturday or Sunday shift with advanced notice. I’m willing to have an open conversation about shift start times. What we currently offer is 5:30am (opening), 6:30am, 7:30am (sometimes) and 8:00/8:30am shift start times. I understand college students are currently seeking summer work, but we are seeking long term staff. With the right skills, this person can be promoted into a shift lead with a pay increase (must be 18 or older and have previous food service experience). This position involves making sandwiches, preparing ingredients throughout the day, general cleaning, working with customers and co-workers. We are open most holidays and snow days. Closed Christmas Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and major snow storms. This position is a good fit for local college students, homeschooled students, mother’s hours and anyone who can work quickly on their feet for the 6-8 hour shifts. The hourly pay involves a base rate and cash tips. Similar to waitstaff. After 90 Days, base wage will increase. Christmas bonus at the end of the year.
