SANDWICH MAKER / KITCHEN ASSOCIATE HGS

Kitchen Associate Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality food for takeout customers in a fast-paced open kitchen environment. Interact with customers to ensure a positive dining experience. Maintain good sanitation habits and ensure cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Contribute to menu planning and development. Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager. Sandwich Maker /
Kitchen Associate Requirements:
Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong customer service skills and ability to interact positively with customers. Excellent sanitation and hygiene practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexibility to work six days a week, with the kitchen closing at 6:30 PM each night. Availability to work on Saturdays and major holidays, with Sundays off. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Passion for quality food and customer service.
