AT&T Team Member Responsibilities:

This role allows you to learn, grow, and expand your leadership potential: Represent top wireless companies, interacting with customers, building relationships, and ensuring a great service experience. Train with our team to help guide your customers through the service explanation process for them to find what fits best for them toward achieving their sales targets, set clear goals, and keep them motivated. Connect with customers, solve their inquiries, and create lasting impressions. Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies for expanding customer engagement and increasing sales across multiple sectors. Problem Solving skills to find solutions, and continuously improve your approach to drive success.

AT&T Team Member Skills:

Good communication skills Experience prior in a customer service or team member role A passion for customer service and sales Willing to learn and adapt new skills Ability to work in our office in Portsmouth Work closely with others team members and be able to collaborate effectively
