Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome Take orders in person, over the phone, and through delivery platforms Guide guests through our menu and make thoughtful suggestions based on their preferences Cash Handling & POS Process transactions accurately using our Toast POS system Handle cash, card, and delivery app payments with attention to detail Order Management & Communication Ensure orders are entered correctly and prepared in a timely manner Communicate clearly with the kitchen and delivery teams to keep things running smoothly Cleanliness & Organization Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house and counter area Follow food handling and sanitation procedures consistently
