A good candidate must have a positive attitude, be dependable, love working outside, be self motivated as well as being a good team member. A working knowledge of perennials is a great bonus, but not a necessity. Come join the team! Propagation crew members work with planting propagation materials including seeds, seedlings, cuttings, plant divisions etc. Most tasks are on a worktable with seating options. Other responsibilities include helping to maintain liner crops, weeding, some garden/stockbed work and other nursery tasks as needed. Qualifications

• Good time management
• Detail oriented
• Positive attitude
• Must be able to work outside and inside greenhouse in all conditions.
• Bend and lift 40 lbs.
• Greenhouse or Horticultural experience great but not required.
