We’re looking for a Crew Leader who can guide our team, impress our clients, and grow with our high-values painting business! What You’ll Do:

Keep projects on schedule and within budget. Ensure every site is tidy and organized, with the team working to the highest standards. Communicate daily with clients, from the first brushstroke to final touch-up. Monitor painter performance, encourage growth, and support top results. Work alongside the owner to ensure everything’s running smoothly. Paint, plan, and problem-solve as needed to keep quality up and clients happy.
