Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a clean and efficient work environment. This position involves various responsibilities, including food service, cash handling, and maintaining food safety standards. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations. Buss tables promptly to ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests. Support sales initiatives by promoting menu items and upselling when appropriate. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and sanitation. Other responsibilities as needed. Requirements Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not mandatory. Strong cash handling skills with the ability to operate a POS system efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Ready to Apply?
