Chick-Fil-A Crew Member – Albany Airport 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars Loudonville, NY 12211 OHM Concessions Group owns, operates and manages restaurants in airports across the United States. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a fun work environment. In this role, you will provide customer service, ensure food and drinks are served with a smile, ensure food safety and quality to ensure a positive guest experience. To succeed in this position, you will be courteous, friendly, and fast, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Flexible shifts and schedules available. Full and part-time available.
NEED OPENERS AND CLOSERS
Duties & Responsibilities:
Take guests’ food orders and accept cash/ credit payments, operate POS system, uphold cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions. Answer customers questions Prepare guests food/ order according to company standards. Adhere to all food safety regulations while storing, preparing, and serving food. Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met. Accept payment and accurately provide change. Other tasks as assigned by management. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check. Have the ability to communicate effectively in English Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. An upbeat and friendly attitude Trustworthy and reliable Commitment to excellent customer service Able to handle working in a fast-paced environment Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Able to bend and kneel through shift; able to lift up to 25 pounds or more
