The Role We’re looking for a curious, upbeat, and food-loving team member to join our monger crew. This is not just a retail job—it’s a cheese education. You’ll learn how to cut, wrap, and care for cheese; pair flavors like a pro; and connect customers with unforgettable bites. You’ll also support tastings, events, and cheese classes. What You’ll Do Help customers select cheeses and pairings with warmth and expertise Cut and wrap cheeses with care, precision, and food safety in mind Keep displays fresh and beautiful Support private tastings, events, and classes Continually grow your cheese knowledge through staff trainings and field trips What We’re Looking For Love of cheese, food, hospitality, or local agriculture Great communicator with a positive attitude Comfortable standing, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and working weekends Previous food or retail experience a plus, but not required
