The Order Specialist Team Member position is part of the Hopewell team that is supervised by the Operations Coordinator.

The Order Specialist Team Member Roles & Responsibilities:

Assemble and prepare for shipment beverage variety pack sample orders Assemble and prepare for shipment special packaging for marketing team/ Influencers Assemble powder packages Prepare shipments for Amazon Process orders for shipment in shipment processing system Process all order types in inventory management system Process daily customer powder orders in shipment processing system Data entry and analytics Support all other ecommerce fulfillment demand as required Perform inventory counts Keep work area clean and organized Hopewell team player; support other plant activities when required Drive continuous improvement to support growth and strive for operational excellence Executing good judgment for all escalation to senior management Other duties as assigned by manager to support overall plant operations as needed 1 year relevant experience required
