Job Summary:

The Service Counter Attendant at Brookfield Country Club is a key member of our front-of-house team, providing friendly, efficient service to members and guests at our halfway house café. Key Responsibilities:

Opening/Closing Duties:

Set up the service counter, beverage station, and dining areas for daily operation. Ensure the café is clean, stocked, and ready for guests before opening. Perform closing tasks including cleaning counters, restocking supplies, and securing the area.

Guest Service:

Greet members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor. Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Serve pre-prepared items such as snacks, drinks, and light meals. Provide prompt and attentive service while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Keep the service area clean, tidy, and well-organized throughout the shift. Monitor inventory and notify management of low-stock items. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in line with club and health regulations.
