We need to add a couple of passionate and cool people to our Sorting Team these will be people to work as our First Touch Technicians or Leather Detectives. They are the team who provide the first line of feel . Leather Quality Professionals who provide the first touch, best touch.

Leather Grading and Allocating:

Our first eyes on the hide — literally . You’ll be the person who inspects, sorts, and grades leather hides as they come in, making judgment calls that directly impact the entire production line. You’re not just handling leather — you’re handling our biggest investment and setting the tone for excellence from step one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the first to inspect incoming leather hides — the quality stops (or starts!) with you Sort and grade hides with trained precision and keen attention to detail Spot flaws, irregularities, or weird stuff that doesn’t belong Work with awesome teammates who have your back Communicate constantly — we’re big on clarity, care, and collaboration Lift, carry, and move hides (sometimes big ones!) Use computers to log data and update workflows Keep the good vibes going with music, laughs, and teamwork Bring a can-do attitude, ask questions, and stay curious

Someone who gives a sh•t (about quality, people, and doing a great job) A solid communicator who can speak up, check in, and collaborate Physically able to lift and move hides throughout your shift Detail-oriented and naturally curious Not afraid to get your hands dirty and be hands-on Cool with standing, walking, lifting, and inspecting for most of the day Comfortable using a computer (we’ll train you on the systems) Bonus Points if you: Love leather or want to learn all about it Like to blast music while you work Know how to spot the difference between “just okay” and “absolutely perfect” Are a team player who’s also self-driven Don’t let your skills go to waste; be somewhere they can flourish and get a job you love.
