Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including dining spaces, kitchen, and food preparation areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Utilize POS system for order processing and inventory management. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Experience handling cash transactions and operating a cash register is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
