DESTINATION
seeks food prep professional. Experienced food preparation professional with strong communication skills.
Food Preparation:
§ Assist/work closely with cook to prepare food and create top quality dishes § Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation. § Prepare multiple salads, eggs & omelets. § Move seamlessly from kitchen to cheese counter and salad station. § Maintain a clean and organized workspace. § Work quickly, methodically and carefully. § Ensure timely food service during peak hours. § Maintain high standards of preparation and service. § Work with the whole team as everyone helps clean up.
Other Skills:
§ Knife skills (ability to slice smoked salmon) a big +. § Strong communication and customer service skills.
