Food Preparation Team Member Centerpointe Golf Course 2231 Brickyard Road, Canandaigua, NY 14424 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a restaurant, or catering environment and will be responsible for preparing good home cooked meals. Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. This role requires passion for simple home cooked meals. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Ad recipes as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary role within a restaurant, or catering setting is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
