The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of the food industry, particularly in sandwich preparation. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for crafting delicious pizzas while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Prepare all sandwiches and salads at customer requests Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality. Assist in menu planning and development of new menu offerings. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including cooking equipment and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Provide assistance in other areas of food preparation as needed. Skills Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques within the food service industry. Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure high-quality meal preparation. Proficiency in using kitchen tools, including knives and cooking equipment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in menu planning and creativity in developing new pizza recipes is a plus.
