Daily responsibilities:

• Knowledge of fresh local produce
• Ability to execute sandwich menu quickly and to LMNOP standards
• Maintain and clean and organized work environment
• Time management
• Works well independently or with a sandwich line supervisor
• Staying ahead on preparation for daily sandwich production
• Excellent food safety protocol
• Inventory management and communication with inventory manager Compensation
