In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of deli products. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and a passion for delivering quality food in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve deli items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately and providing change as needed. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations. Upsell additional products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers; familiarity with Aloha POS systems is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is beneficial. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
