As a Deli person , you will play a crucial role in creating memorable eating experiences by delivering high-quality cheese and Charcuterie service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present ideas, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences. Serve Cheese and meats promptly while providing gastronomical excitement. Assist with food display and pre packing as needed, including food handling and culinary tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving and preparation area and service stations. Collaborate with staff to ensure an award winning experience and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Participate in catering preparation as required, providing excellent service in various settings. Qualifications Previous experience is mandatory. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy setting. Basic culinary skills, including knife handling, are advantageous. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others is crucial for success in this role.
