Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations. Experience with POS systems; familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus. Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
