Team Member Maryland Communications Group Dunmore, PA We’re hiring a Team Member Trainee to support daily sales operations, assist with customer account management, and train directly under our senior leadership. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity that will allow you to gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales support, and business development. The Team Member Trainee will work alongside experienced team leads to qualify customers, recommend sales services, and support business development goals. Team Member Trainee Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior team members with daily customer outreach, lead sales follow-up, and account activity Support sales presentations, help explain product features, and assist with sales service enrollments Help manage customer relationships through clear communication and timely follow-ups Participate in planning and executing weekly team outreach and business campaigns Provide general support across sales, customer service, and team operations Ensure all assigned tasks meet compliance, quality, and performance expectations

Team Member Trainee Requirements:
