Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Cook/Prep Person to join our kitchen team. This role involves preparing both cold and hot foods, working service shifts at the front cook station (in A/C), and assisting with daily prep to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has some kitchen experience, but we’re open to training the right person who’s motivated and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook both hot and cold menu items according to recipes and standards Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for daily service Assist with daily prep work including cutting, portioning, and sauce preparation Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines Communicate and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely food service Assist with cleaning and closing duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Must be reliable and punctual Food safety knowledge or certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Tuesday through
Thursday:
11:30 AM – 3:00
PM Friday & Saturday:
11:30 AM – 8:00 PM Closed Sundays and Mondays Must be available during listed hours; weekend availability required.
