Role:

Culinary Prep Specialist As a Culinary Prep Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen operations. Your main task will be preparing dishes with precision and care, ensuring every meal meets our high standards. This role offers the chance to grow into leadership positions, making it perfect for those who are passionate about food prep and ready to take on new challenges, including learning the ins and outs of event management. As you master each skill set in our kitchen, you’ll earn certifications that reflect your growing expertise. With each certification comes an increase in your pay, allowing you to advance at your own pace. If you have prior experience, you’ll have the chance to showcase your skills within your first week on the job. Based on your performance, we’ll make a pay adjustment right away.
