As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our café. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and enjoy working in a collaborative setting. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards and recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including bussing tables and cleaning work areas. Assist with kitchen tasks, including food preparation and inventory management. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Engage with customers, taking their orders accurately and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Skills Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not required. Knowledge of café operations or experience in the restaurant industry is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for culinary arts and providing excellent customer experiences.
