Description Job Title:

Box Loader/Unloader•Frackville, PA (On-Site) We are currently seeking hardworking, reliable team members for Box Loader/Unloader positions in Frackville, PA. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role with excellent earning potential for motivated individuals.

Job Responsibilities Loading:

Manually load boxes onto trailers from a conveyor line (floor loading). Scan each box into the trailer using a handheld scanner. Move cages to and from the staging area. Ensure all boxes are loaded efficiently, accurately, and neatly.

Unloading:

Unload boxes from floor-loaded trailers onto a conveyor. Scan boxes into inventory. Sort and place boxes into cages.

Compensation Paid Per Trailer:

Earn $190•300 per day, depending on your speed and efficiency. This is a performance-based role — the more you move, the more you earn. On average, compensation breaks down to $16•25 per hour. Schedule 1st

Shift:

Friday•Sunday, 7:00 AM•7:30 PM (12-hour shifts). Overtime may be required based on operational needs. Job Requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to lift and carry 5-50 lbs consistently. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
