Revolution Hospitality, the food and beverage provider for the York Revolution, is seeking help for the 2025 baseball season. We are looking for professional, friendly, engaging, and service-oriented staff. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply; previous experience in the food and beverage industry is required, pay rates for this department starting at $15 and up, plus tips. These are part-time, seasonal positions, April through September. Under Leadership of the Concession Manager and the Stand Supervisor, the Stand Lead is responsible for their stand, assisting with training personnel, supervising, and directing the work activities of others in that area, all while providing exceptional customer service for our customers. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with filling orders and ensure everything is expedited in a timely manner.
Assists the Supervisor with in-stand set-up and closing procedures.
At closing, works with other stand personnel to properly clean equipment and organize stock for next event.
Help to train and coach employees. Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service.
Assist with inventory and food spoilage policies.
Must have working knowledge of all positions in stand; cashier, fry & grill cook, and how to operate all equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Must be able to stand and work in a fast-paced environment for periods of up to (5) hours in length,
Lift up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to go from warm to cold climates (workstation to coolers) and work in extreme heat
Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to speak English clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees, and work well in a team environment.
