Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting our guests at the front counter, taking orders, and handling payment. No holidays are required, and we’re closed for three weeks between Christmas and the first week in January.
Responsibilities:
- Must be dependable and willing to work every weekend: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with time off requested in advance
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- Process payments using POS systems
- Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
Qualifications:
We’re willing to train in the following areas:
- Previous experience in the food industry, sales, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
